Sectionals at Elma Meadows (Oct 31)

  • Big wins for both teams, meaning at trip to the State Meet. Breakthrough performances included a photo-finish win for Jonah. Jonah and Max had the 1st and 4th fastest times of the day (all sections).

  • For the boys, they had 26 pts to 73 pts for Alden. Individuals: Jonah (1st), Max (4th), Noah (6th), Luke (7th), PJ (8th), Tony (9th), Nathan (12th) and Michael (13th, just 3 seconds off being an individual state qualifier).

  • For the girls, they had 50 pts to 99 pts for Springville. Individuals: Reiley (4th), Kailyn (5th), Emma (10th), Hanna (14th), Katelyn (17th), Lilia (35th), Alisha (39th) and Aubrey (52nd)

  • Results - boys & girls

ECICs at Alden (Oct 25)

  • Convincing wins at ECICs for boys and girls teams in both division 4 and also overall. Boys 45 pts to 2nd place West Seneca's 81 and girls 89 pts to 2nd place Frontier's 129.

  • For the boys, Jonah (5th in 15:25), Max (6th), Noah (8th), Luke (10th), PJ (16th), Tony (21st), Nathan (23rd), Michael (30th), Oliver (32nd) and Teddy 38th. Quinn and Lincoln went 1-2 in the JV race.

  • For the girls, Reiley (7th in 18:46), Kailyn (9th), Emma (12th), Hanna (29th), Katelyn (32nd), Alisha (54th), Lilia (68th), Aubrey (89th), Fae (98th), Mary (108th), Clare (126th) and Anya (171st)

  • Results

Alden Bulldog Invitational (Oct 11)

  • A convincing win for the JV boys (18 to 80) with an individual win for Teddy, followed by Michael (2nd), Oliver (3rd), Quinn (5th), Lincoln (7th) and Gavin (41st)

  • The JV girls won 19 to 55, led by Lilia (7th), Aubrey (11th), Alisha (14th), Mary (15th), Fae (16th), Clare (23rd) and Anya (31st).

  • Reiley (1st) led the varsity girls to a 29 to 67 win, followed by Kailyn (3rd), Emma (6th), Hanna (9th) and Katelyn (14th).

  • The varsity boys won 39 to 81, led by Jonah (3rd), Max (7th), Luke (10th), Tony (11th), Noah (12th), PJ (17th) and Nathan (20th)

  • First place for the boys team in the small/medium school race (72pts to 164 for 2nd place Beekmantown)

  • 1st place for Max (15:22 for 3 miles), 14th for Luke, 15th for Tony, 20th for Noah, 22nd for PJ, 25th for Nate, 27th for Jonah

  • Fourth place (of 33) for the girls team in the small/medium school race

  • 3rd place for Kailyn (18:17 for 3 miles), 14th for Reiley, 23rd for Emma, 52nd for Hanna, 73rd for Katelyn, 102nd for Alisha, 146th for Lilia, 204th for Mary, 269th for Clare, 318th for Anya

  • JV boys team nearly swept their race taking 1,2,3,4 and 6...Michael, Teddy, Oliver, Quinn McCann, Lincoln and Quinn McPherson (19th)

EA Invite (Sept 20)

  • First place for the boys team in the large school race (27pts to 117 for 2nd place Hamburg)

  • 2nd place for Jonah (15:25 for 3 miles), 4th for Max, 6th for Tony, 8th for Luke, 10th for Noah, 15th for PJ and 17th for Nate.

  • First place for the girls team in the small school race

  • 2nd place for Kailyn, 3rd for Reiley, 13th for Katelyn, 15th for Hanna and 64th for Lilia

  • JV boys team swept the race taking the top five scoring spots...Michael, Teddy, Oliver, Quinn and Lincoln

  • 1st place for the JV girls...Alisha (3rd), Mary (5th), Fae (8th), Aubrey (10th), Heather (16th), Clare (33rd) and Anya (52nd)

Queensbury (Sept 13)

  • First place for the boys team (30pts to 84 for 2nd place Irvington)

  • 1st place for Jonah (15:50 for 5km, 4th for Max, 6th for Luke, 10th for Noah, 14th for Tony, 29th for Nate, 30th for PJ, 41st for Teddy, 43rd for Oliver and 63rd for Quinn

  • First place for the girls team

  • 1st place for Kailyn (18:56 for 5km) , 4th for Reiley, 11th for Emma, 33rd for Katelyn, 40th for Hanna, 98th for Lilia, 108th for Lily, 123rd for Aubrey, 130th for Mary and 157th for Heather.

  • 2nd (Max, Jonah and Luke), 3rd (PJ, Noah and Tony) and 7th (Nate, Oliver and Teddy) among small schools for the boys varsity race.

  • Reiley, Kailyn and Emma took 1st place among small schools in the girls varsity race
